This program is designed to develop the individual player in a fun, low pressure, team environment. Training sessions consist of a group warm up, speed and agility activities, ball handling and individual skill development, and small-sided games.
Speed and agility training will be integrated into each session. The goal of time spent with this focus is to grow each player’s individual coordination and speed to enhance his/her speed of play in a game situation. Program Fundamentals include coordination, flexibility, speed and reaction.
